What we do

Eight engineering services, one control discipline.

Every service below is control engineering seen from a different angle — the machine, the process, the panel, or the data layer above them. Pick one, or send the whole picture and we will work out which parts apply.

All services

01

Machine Automation Solutions

Design, programming and integration of automated machinery and production lines. Covers PLC logic, HMI development, servo and drive configuration, sensor selection, motion sequencing and safety interlocking at machine level. Logic is written to IEC 61131-3 structure so a second engineer can maintain it without reverse-engineering your intent.

02

Process Automation Solutions

Continuous and batch process control — loop tuning, sequence control, interlock matrices, alarm rationalisation and instrumentation integration across plant-wide communication networks. Alarm rationalisation follows a documented philosophy rather than a default tag list, so operators see what matters and nothing else.

03

AutoCAD Drafting & Panel Design

Electrical and control documentation to a standard that survives inspection: single-line diagrams, panel general arrangement, wiring schematics, terminal and I/O schedules, cable lists and as-built revision control. Panels are specified against EN 61439, so enclosure ratings and short-circuit withstand are accounted for before fabrication starts, not discovered during inspection.

04

Robotic Solutions

Robot and motion integration for handling, palletising, pick-and-place and machine tending — including cell layout, cycle sequencing, coordination with line PLCs and safety-rated interlocks. Cell layout accounts for reach, cycle time and maintenance access up front, so the robot's footprint doesn't become the bottleneck once it's welded to the floor.

Smart Irrigation Solutions

Automated irrigation and water management — soil moisture and flow instrumentation, pump and valve control, scheduling logic, and remote monitoring for distributed agricultural sites. Scheduling logic runs on measured soil and flow data rather than a fixed timer, so water use tracks what the crop actually needs.

  • Pump control

06

IIoT & Industry 4.0 Solutions

Getting machine data off the plant floor and somewhere useful — edge acquisition, protocol translation, time-series storage, and dashboards that operations staff will actually open. Protocol translation sits at the edge so the plant network stays isolated from whatever consumes the data upstream.

  • MQTT
  • OPC UA
  • Node-RED

07

AI-Integrated SCADA

Analytics layered onto conventional SCADA — anomaly detection on process signals, condition indicators derived from existing instrumentation, and decision support that sits alongside operator control rather than replacing it. Models are trained on your process history, not a generic dataset, and every flag traces back to the signal that raised it.

Custom IoT Web Dashboards

Web-based monitoring built around your process rather than a template — live values, trends, alarm history, role-based access and reporting, reachable from any browser. Built as a plain web app rather than a native install, so a browser and a login are the only requirements on the viewing end.

Have an automation challenge?

Send the process description, I/O count or drawing set — whatever you have. You will get an engineer's assessment, not a sales call.
