Control system integrator and automation consultant on the EU-funded GEOFLEXheat project, in partnership with Oliveris Tech Incubator in Ireland. Ongoing work covers developing and implementing the control system for the project's geothermal heat-recovery research.

Upgraded a Siemens HMI platform for a UK manufacturing client, migrating operator screens and logic references without disrupting an operational line.

Mapped Modbus communication between an S7-1500 controller and a molding station, aligning register addressing and data types so the two systems exchange process data reliably.

Programmed 3-axis stepper motion control for a glass hinge placement machine, coordinating positioning sequences to match the line's cycle time.

Rebuilt a cooling chiller's HMI on the Maple platform, replacing an ageing IDEC interface while preserving the existing control logic and operator workflow.

Automated an Accurpress hydraulic press brake machine, programming control logic for bending sequences and safety interlocking.

Delivered a waste heat recovery boiler project for Style Textile via EPC contractor DESCON on S7-1200 and WinCC Advance, covering programming, SCADA design, Modbus communication, FAT, SAT and commissioning.

Designed the automation and monitoring system for a complete oil storage terminal on S7-1200 and WinCC V7.2 for Zoom Petroleum, through FAT, SAT, Modbus communication and commissioning.
