CloudTech Automation (SMC-Pvt) Ltd ("CloudTech Automation", "we", "us") operates this website. This policy covers the website itself — not the separate terms that apply to an active client engagement, which are agreed individually in writing.
Information we collect
The only information this website collects is what you choose to submit through the contact form:
- Name and email address (required)
- Company and phone number (optional)
- Whatever project details, files described, or message you write
We don't use analytics, tracking scripts, or advertising pixels on this site. We don't set cookies of our own. We don't have a newsletter, and this site doesn't have user accounts or logins.
How we use it
Contact form submissions are emailed directly to our inbox and used only to respond to your enquiry — assessing the project you've described and getting back to you. We don't sell, rent or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third parties this site talks to
Two external services are loaded when you visit this site:
- Google Fonts — typefaces are served from Google's servers, which may log the request (including IP address) under Google's own privacy practices.
- Upwork — the "Hire via Upwork" links take you to upwork.com, an independent platform with its own privacy policy. We don't receive any data from that visit.
A submitted contact form is delivered by email through our hosting provider's mail service. No payment or financial information is ever collected on this website.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of client communication, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@cloudtechautomation.com. If you're in a jurisdiction with statutory data protection rights (for example under GDPR), those rights apply in addition to, not instead of, this.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Contact form input is sanitised server-side before being emailed, to prevent it from being used to inject content into that email. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
